Steven Spielberg, the directorial mastermind behind "Jurassic Park", "Jaws" and the latest "Lincoln" is reportedly offering his water-front mansion in Malibu up for rent this summer. Asking price- $125,000 a month.
According to the Real Estalker, Spielberg purchased the two-parcel property in sequels. The first purchase was made in 1989 for $3.3 million and the adjacent lot was taken in 2002 for around $3.1 million.
The listing details of the property state that the residence is a large 7,237 square feet home sitting on a huge 1.08 acre lot (both combined). Comprising of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the place is a serene abode, tucked away on prime beach-front land, perfect for a holiday setting.
Living spaces in the two story home include a large living area, a family room, four bedrooms on the lower level and three on the upper floor. A massage room, a library, an office/study, an art studio, a fully equipped gym and a meditation studio are some of its other features. The home also has a screening room, an infinity pool and about 130 feet of beach frontage.

However, Spielberg is not the only one renting out his Malibu home. As the summer has already arrived, people are definitely going to flock the beachside to work on their tans. Leonardo DiCaprio's Malibu pad is asking $75,000 a month and Pat Riley's house will also be soon available for $35,000 a month.
