Kaley Cuoco's divorce with her estranged husband, Ryan Sweeting, is going to be a complicated and costly one. According to new reports, "The Big Bang Theory (TBBT)" star may end up paying spousal support to her former husband after he filed the petition.

Kaley's divorce papers were filed last month where she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. In the court documents, she revealed that they have a prenuptial agreement prior to their 2013 wedding.

On Oct.15, Sweeting filed his requests to the court. The 29-year-old actress is believed to be earning $1 million per episode in "TBBT" series and has a net worth of $45 million compared with the 28-year-old athlete, who has a net worth of $2 million, Fox News reports.

"[The couple] have mutually decided to end their marriage," the duo said in a statement last month. "They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter," the former couple's reps said at the time of their divorce announcement.

While the former Hollywood duo seemed like a perfect pair, reports have it that the two were having a difficult time together prior to their divorce filing. According to Mirror, they both tried to save their marriage by going out on dates a couple of times, but it's very obvious that they were miserable. Their divorce was reportedly a long-standing battle before they mutually decided to call it quits.

"The few times Kaley and Ryan were out together recently, the tension was noticeable," the source told People. "You could tell the honeymoon phase had ended."

Some sources also claim that Sweeting's drug and alcohol abuse have been a significant factor in the ex-couple's relationship. Sweeting reportedly became dependent with painkillers despite Cuoco's support. "She supported him, but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober," an insider told Us Weekly. "He'd tell her he was working on it, and instead go get wasted."
