Ryan Dusick, the former man behind the drums in the pop rock band Maroon 5 has reportedly listed his home in Los Feliz for $1.2 million. He purchased the home in 2005 for around $1.9 million. Looks like he is going in for a slight loss on the sale.

According to the listing records, the home is a gated and private property sitting on a 7831 square-feet lot. The residence itself is a 2,285 square feet house comprising of three bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom. Interiors of the home boast of hardwood flooring, wood-framed French glass doors and windows and beamed wooden ceilings as well.

Living spaces include a formal living room and a dining area. The residence also has a modern kitchen, a separate pantry and a recreation room. Outside, the home offers ample seating areas and a parking garage. An open house has been scheduled for the residence June 16, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The listing describes the home as:

"This gated, private and secure urban celebrity villa (Circa 1921) is an authentic restoration by Wallace Neff with great attention toward original charm and old Hollywood luxury, nestled under the Griffith Park Observatory with views of Downtown LA. All systems updated with new amenities in vintage style with soaring living room ceilings, a cook's kitchen and a large outdoor terrace with lush pergola, great for entertaining today's young Hollywood. Convenient to studios, Hollywood nightlife, Silver Lake and Downtown. Come see this unique property that's been a piece of Hollywood history and can be forever more!"

Dusick purchased the home after he left Maroon 5. Due to constant touring and drumming at concerts, the strain took a toll on his arms and he had to give up the place. Currently, Matt Flynn is the drummer of the band. The band was disappointed and hurt when Dusick had to leave. However, they still regard him as one of their best players.

Apparently, Dusick now writes ballads and creates his own music and occasionally plays at little concerts of his own. Check out some interesting trivia about Dusick in a feature that says he loves cats and is an ardent basketball fan, here.
