Funny man Chevy Chase has reportedly put up two of his vacation homes in Mount Kisko, a small upscale town in New York on the rental market.
Listing records of one home states that the residence is a 2100 square feet home sitting on a large 10.8 acre lot. Comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home is a brand new residence built in 2013 with latest fittings and fixtures. The rent, $20,000 a month.
The other residence up for rent is a one bed-one bath, 600 square feet home, which is asking for just $1800 a month.

Vacationing at Chevy Chase's summer house sounds like something out of a script for an upcoming National Lampoon flick, but we're happy to say it's a real-life possibility. The veteran actor is offering up not one but two rentals on the same 11-acre property in Mount Kisko, a small town in upstate New York. The first of Chase's rentals, a three-bedroom shingle-style home offering 2,100 square feet, goes for $20,000 a month. The other rental property, a barn-turned-studio-apartment that prominently displays a "Vacation" movie poster, asks just $1,800 a month. Since they are situated on the same lot, one can only assume that both share access to the pool, tennis court and outdoor kitchen. Other perks include a bevy of solar panels on the roof of the main home and, of course, the right to brag that you are sleeping in Chevy Chase's bed.

While you can spend your summer, full Chevy Chase style, the comedian usually spent his summers in Woodstock.
According to a feature at The Mercury:
"Chase spent summers in nearby Woodstock while growing up. His pals during that time were brothers Tad and Jonathan Richards, the stepsons of artist Harvey Fite, the sculptor who spent nearly four decades creating Opus 40."
Chase was recently spotted attending a fundraiser at Opus 40, a sculpture park 40 miles south of ALBANY. The fundraiser was for restoring the beautiful local landmark.
