After quietly selling off their Orange County Mansion for a staggering $16.4 million, The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star, Heather Dubrow and husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow shared a picture on Twitter revealing how they plan to build their future home.
The house will reportedly be a 17,000-square-foot home with 35-foot ceilings which is quite an upgrade from their previous mansion which had 23-foot ceilings and spanned an area of about 15,000-square-feet.
"We are building a new house, we bought a lot, not in the same community but nearby. We're really excited about it I actually think I like this house better than our last house. It's a really exciting project. Terry and I love building together; we did the last one from the ground up and this one as well," Dubrow told Wetpaint Entertainment earlier this month. We're in a rental right now which is challenging! It's kind of an adventure in and of itself! The kids are excited but they're asking for crazy things like can I have a pool in my room? No! Can we have a pole that goes down to the first floor? No! But they are enjoying talking about it.
In February, the couple sold their beautiful Newport Coast home for a hefty profit of approximately $7 million. They bought the house in 2004 for $3.3 million, and proceeded to pour in $7 million over the years to create their dream home. The end result included a seven bedroom, eight bathroom palace with elegant features like marble floors, vaulted ceilings, several fireplaces, an outdoor pool with a view, impeccably manicured lawns, and a home movie theater.
