Remember the feature in Harper Bazaar magazine where famous talk show host and designer Nate Berkus and his fiancé; Jeremy Brent opened doors of their Los Angeles abode and gave us a peek into their elaborate house? That home has hit the listing market with a $2.9 million price tag.

The couple will soon be bidding "cheerio" to the beautiful John Woolfe designed house, reports Curbed. The 2148 square feet residence comprising of two bedrooms and two bathrooms is an elegant Hollywood regency style home. The listing of the residence lies with The Agency, a popular real estate firm.

Excerpts from the listing:

One highlight of this house is the light-filled, double-crescent living room, with its parquet floors, high ceilings and 12-foot tall curved glass walls that literally wrap around the swimming pool.

Incredible indoor-outdoor flow and an enormous treed lot also make this house a perfect spot for entertaining.

Plus, parking isn't a worry - the home is located on a super-exclusive, cul-de-sac street in the Hollywood Hills, with plenty of parking and privacy. There's also an underground, gated 5-car garage.

According to the feature in Harper's Bazaar, when the engaged couple walked into the home for the first time Brent broke into tears, overwhelmed with the classic beauty of the place.

Talking about the house, Brent said to the magazine:

"When we first heard about the house, we were obsessed by the idea of it because of the architect."

"Having coffee in the morning in that house makes every early call time, crazy travel schedule, and meeting worth it. It's the greatest feeling," he added.

Alas! They now have to find a new abode. That should be no big deal as Berkus is quite the property player. He recently sold his Chicago condo and listed his Manhattan one. He also sold his Greenwich Duplex condo for $5 million in August.
