In the new episode of "Dragon Ball Super," Goku will be keeping a secret from his wife as he aims to train under Whis like Vegetta.

According to Christian Post, in the preview of episode 17 of "Dragon Ball Super," it was revealed that Pan, Gohan's son, was finally born. Meanwhile, Goku will find a way to train under Whis who is a humanoid and an expert in Martial Arts. This is because Goku feels it's unfair that Vegetta was the only one learning the skills from Whis who agreed to train him in episode 16.

It was reported that Goku will ask the help of Vegetta's wife Bulma to reach out to Whis. In the promo video for episode 17, Goku is seen talking to someone on the phone then flying off to somewhere. The teaser video ends with Goku accompanied by Vegetta and Whis.

According to Christian Today, Goku's son Gohan is worried about his father's intention to train under Whis. They both agree not to tell Chi-Chi about Goku's plan as they are scared to find out her reaction. However, Chi-Chi senses something wrong and becomes furious when she sees Goku talking to Bulma. Despite Chi-Chi's protest and his son's worries, Goku is still determined to push through with his plans to undergo training with Whis.

In other news, there are also a lot of things going on with Gohan with the birth of Videl to their daughter Pan. Pan will turn out to be one of the major characters in "Dragon Ball GT," and in this series, the new parents will get their hands full as Pan grows to become a giggling toddler. It was also revealed that fans are going to see Gohan wear his Great Saiyaman costume once again in this episode; however, the reason behind it is still unknown.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 17 will be released on Sunday, Nov. 1.
