"The Originals" star Daniel Gillies recently opened up about his character Elijah's ongoing rift with his brother Klaus (Joseph Morgan).

In an interview with TV Line, Gillies said that the rift between the Mikaelson brothers will be much worse now compared with the previous seasons. "There is a rift between the brothers," he said.

Other than Elijah, another character that is extremely pissed at Klaus is Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin). While speaking with the same publication, the actress said that Hayley will continue to be pissed at Klaus for cursing her.

"I think Klaus had better sire some nannies. Hayley's not going to be able to forgive him easily for what he's done. Even if he did it for the good of his baby, I don't think he did it in the right way. He should have let Hayley know that's what he was doing so she could have been part of the plan. But he didn't do that, so now, she's pissed," she said.

Meanwhile, Tonkin revealed that her fans will see less of Hayley in Season 3.

"Right now, we're only going to see Hayley once a month. I hope that at least one episode will be the full day when I'm human. I'd also like to see Hayley in wolf form. I don't know if we've seen that yet, and it could be really cool," she said.

In other news, according to Fashion N Style, Elijah and Klaus will deal with a new and dangerous enemy in the upcoming episodes of Season 3.

"It is possible that the Mikaelson's new foe is the mysterious murderer or even Lucien, whose motives returning to New Orleans are still unclear," the publication noted.

"The Originals" Season 3 airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
