Jamie Dornan's latest acquisition is a stunning five-bedroom mansion in Cotswold, England. The "Fifty Shades of Grey" hunk plans to share the property with his wife Amelia Warner and their family. Dornan and Warner have a 2-year-old daughter, with another one also on the way.
According to the Daily Mail UK, the house, located at a secluded area in the woods, is a three-story abode with five bedrooms. It came with a price tag of £1.75 million, or roughly $2.7 million. The mansion reportedly boasts of two reception rooms, a double garage and manicured gardens. The property also features a swimming pool and a tennis court.
The report comes after the Irish actor has listed his Grade II cottage for sale for £500,000, upgrading to a bigger home to accommodate his growing family.
Dornan has been the target of rumors lately, suggesting that the actor is causing production delays for the next Fifty Shades installment, "Fifty Shades Darker." According to Inquisitr, the actor has been asking additional time off in lieu of his wife's pregnancy.
In the movie, Dornan stars as Christian Grey, the handsome but disturbed billionaire who falls in love with Anastasia Steele, played by Dakota Johnson. The much-awaited sequel is set to be released in February 2017.
Meanwhile, Dornan is nominated for an award at the upcoming Royal Television Society Northern Ireland Awards. His BBC thriller, "The Fall," is among the nominees for Best Drama, as reported by the Belfast Telegraph. Dornan stars as serial killer Paul Spector, alongside veteran actress Gillian Anderson ("X-Files").
While Dornan has gotten rave reviews for his role, the series failed to bag a nomination at the Emmy Awards this year, much to Dornan's fans dismay. The awards night will be on Thursday, Nov. 5. Dornan has not confirmed his attendance.
