Trouble with the Curve was a 2012 movie whose story revolved around an ageing baseball scout and his daughter, who joins him in the trip. The sports-drama flick has had its share of controversy. A year after the film's release, another producer, Ryan Brooks filed a lawsuit against the film claiming that the screenplay was plagiarized from an unproduced story 'Omaha' that he had apparently comissioned.

Many celebrity homes have ventured into the market now. Recently, a townhouse featured in Woody Allen's "Manhattan" was listed for $6 million. Other homes shown in series like 'Entourage', 'Nashville' and the 'Mary Tyler Moore Show' also came into the market.
