Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who is best known for playing 'Mitchell Pritchett' in ABC sitcom 'Modern Family' has reportedly picked up a property in Los Feliz, which once belonged to rocker Gwen Stefani. Ferguson purchased the place for $4.55 million, according to some reports.
Stefani and her husband, Gavin Rossdale lived in the home for about nine years before selling it off to TV writer, Mark Brazill in 2007, who in turn flipped it in 2008, reports the Real Estalker.
The home was last listed on the market in April, which is apparently when Ferguson picked up the home, reports the Zillow Blog.
According to the listing records, the residence is a 4926 square feet single family home. It comprises of four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half bathroom.
The listing described the home as:
This Spanish Colonial Revival exemplifies the 1920s detailing and craftsmanship that defined the era. The grand 2-story entry welcomes you into nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of living space offering a living room with a 25 ceiling, stone fireplace and French doors which open to the veranda, a formal dining room, library, a chefs kitchen and media/family room which opens to the courtyard patio. The master suite includes duel closets and view balcony off the bath. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. Sited on over a half-acre, this property provides privacy atop a long gated driveway. Extensive patios, outdoor fireplace, pool and spa, cabana bath, fountains, lush landscaping and verdant ocean view vistas from viewing pad combine for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. All this and a celebrity provenance make it a estate property. The property has been renovated with the utmost historical and architectural sensitivity by the current owners, while original vintage details remain intact.

Ferguson purchased the home in April, just four months before he tied the knot with longtime boyfriend, Justin Mikita. Though the marriage was 'laughter-filled' and cute-as-a-puppy-in-a-bowtie, the engagement announcement was much more interesting. They announced their engagement online in September 2012, introducing 'Tie The Knot.org, a special organization that works towards marriage and civil rights of the LGBT community, reports ET Online.
