Tim Duncan has won more games with the Spurs than any other NBA player has won with one team, yet he doesn't know exactly what they want from him. With Kawhi Leonard's game blossoming and La Marcus Aldridge on board, he's still not sure what his role is. He is still trying to figure that out and he's not really sure what it is yet, but he's trying to figure it out.

Tim Duncan says that Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis was impressive. The twenty-year-old rookie recorded his first double-double that earned him compliments from Spurs star Tim Duncan.

The Spurs beat the Knicks 94-84 on Monday that gave Duncan a milestone victory. Aldridge hit 19 points while Leonard had 18 points and 14 rebounds. Duncan scored 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in his NBA-record 954th victory with one team. Duncan surpassed Hall of Fame point guard John Stockton, who went 953-551 with the Utah Jazz. Duncan achieved 954-381 in his 19th season. Tony Parker scored 16 points, but his days with Duncan carrying the offense are mostly gone, as reported by ESPN.

Manu Ginobili made a 3-pointer shot with less than 9:30 remaining that made the Spurs lead never again fewer than five. Despite the coach Popovich's intention to rest Ginobili on the second night of a back-to-back, he talked the Spurs into letting him play.

The Spurs has won three straight after a season-opening loss to Oklahoma City.

On the career games list, Duncan tied Gary Payton for 10th place with 1,335 games played.

USA Today said Duncan is not sure what his team role is at the moment. He is still attempting to analyze and is still hesitant on what it is. The Spurs team is gaining while they learn.

Tony Parker assured that he and Duncan are playing guard, running the team, stepping the board and stuff like that, blocking shots, saying that 'Timmy' had always been doing that.
