"Mass Effect: Andromeda" will not include Commander Shepard and will be offering a more captivating story than the one previously released.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" is not saying much, except for the release of several short video clips that highlighted the game's good graphics on it.  Players also tried to pitch in some ideas to the developer by wishing for new maps, and if possible, some new characters.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" developer Bioware has listened to the fans, but it seems that Commander Shepard will not be included in the latest franchise, Latino Post reported.

Mass Effect: Andromeda's Chris Wynn, the Senior Development Director, has dismissed the rumors about the old characters making an appearance in the soon-to-be released game.  He stated that storywise, it would not make much sense.  This is except for the Mako, a non-character that links "Mass Effect 4" to the previous games, just to make fans feel at home, Wynn added.

It was also reported that Mako will be the main vehicle to be used in the latest franchise, as game producer Michael Gamble stated in the report by The Escapist.

"We're playing around with a bunch of different physics for the Mako. The thing that we have to do is [to] make sure it's as responsive as possible. We've learned a thing or two over the years," Gamble said in a previous report.

"In terms of customization, it's been something that we've been looking at for sure, because we feel as though if you're going to be spending a lot of time in vehicles in places, they should reflect you as a player," as was posted by the Creative Director of "Mass Effect" Mac Walters, on Bioware's Official Blog.

The "Mass Effect: Andromeda" game, also known as "Mass Effect 4," is set to hit the shelves in the last quarter of 2016.
