Tainted baseball player Miguel Tejada has listed his Fort Lauderdale house for $5.25 million.

Tejada, who was suspended after being found positive for dope, plans to sell his lavish 5,387-square-foot waterfront spread, reports the Realtor.

Previously for $5.5 million, the price was slashed by $250,000 in early December. This posh house was built in 2002 and can be found on the Intracoastal Waterway community of Dolphin Isles. The giant house boasts of five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and a half bath, a library and a wine room. Also, after a day of much workload, one can relax at a pool and spa area that is adorned by 94 feet of private frontage and a 124-foot dock. Tejada bought the house for $3.5 million in 2008.

The house has ample accommodation for guests too! The home has a guest house with an additional bedroom suite and a patio within its grounds.

The 39-year-old 2002 American League Most Valuable Player was found to be on steroids in 2005. He was suspended last August from 105 games for testing positive twice for amphetamines and adderall. This is the third-longest non-lifetime ban issued by MLB for drug abuse.

He would be out of 64 games this year. He became a famous name among baseball fans after he was selected for the biggy Oakland Athletics.
