Veteran San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle, Joe Staley, has recently put his home on the market for $1.95 million.

Whether the 49ers offensive lineman was preparing for an upgrade or hedging against the possibility of a new destination, he wants to focus first on the disposal of his home.

Joe Staley has made an array of upgrades for his modest four-bedroom home built in 1952. The kitchen is finished with a gleaming hardwood floor and Viking stainless-steel appliances, which also include a wine chiller.

The living room features a wire surround sound and has sliding glass doors that open to the yard with a pool. According to the listing, the fireplace of the home features hand-placed stone.

The master suite boasts a massive walk-in closet with built-ins and an elevated soaking tub in the master bathroom.

According to Realtor, Staley is not the only 49er to sell real estate property. The recently traded Vernon Davis has listed his San Jose home in February, just after troubled defensive end, Aldon Smith, offered his mansion for sale.

Joe Staley has sold his San Jose home for less than the asking price. He made $1.89 million, lesser by $85,000, from the original asking price of $1.75 million.

The football player will remain with the 49ers after the deadline for his trading block has passed.

The home that he had just put on sale is a 1952 rancher with a modest exterior and a tricked-out backyard that includes a trellis-covered veranda, a spa and a pool. The interior of the house features an updated kitchen and bathrooms. With these kinds of amenities, some may wonder that the home had fallen to another athlete. But buyer's agent Fran Papapietro, described that the new owner is an accomplished business woman, according to a report by Curbed.

Joe Staley is just one of a few San Francisco 49ers who has recently sold properties in San Jose, reports Realtor.com.
