Although they were not photographed together, their presence in the same venue triggered speculations that they are working out their reconciliation. Nicole and Lewis have not been spotted together until now since they split in February. However, a rep for the 37-year-old singer claimed that the two are not back together, and it was just a rare chance that they were in the same venue, Daily Mail reports.
"It was a coincidence they were both at the same club. Nicole is not back with Lewis," a spokesperson for the former Pussycat Dolls singer claimed.
The pretty "Your Love" singer was spotted flashing a smile for photographers in the venue. The Formula One race champ, on the other hand, appeared coy as he tried to hide his face from the crowd when he left the club.
A witness confirmed to MIRROR that Nicole and Lewis arrived and left the venue separately. "They said a polite hello to each other inside, but absolutely did not hang out together. If anything, relations are pretty frosty."
Meanwhile, there are also reports claiming that Nicole and Lewis sat at different tables, but they were taken to a private room.
