After rumors of a crossover between two Marvel shows on Netflix, it was confirmed that Daredevil will make an appearance in the first season of "Jessica Jones."

According to Movie Pilot, "reliable" sources confirmed that Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock a.k.a. Daredevil will make an appearance in the first season of "Jessica Jones." However, it is still unclear how the two heroes will interact in the show or whether Matt will be in his costume. The site speculates that he could be a fellow lawyer and it could even be possible that they will be joined by another hero in the person of Luke Cage, as his solo series is also currently in production.

Meanwhile, The Verge reports that Netflix and Marvel have released a new trailer for "Jessica Jones" which stars Krysten Ritter. According to the site, the first full-length trailer will shed some light on the relationship between Jessica Jones and Mike Colter's Luke Cage. In the trailer, Jessica's relationship with her potential enemy, David Tennant's Kilgrave, was also shown.

"Jessica Jones" is said to be one of the three Marvel series which will be streaming this year up until 2016. It was earlier reported that Marvel is planning on releasing "Luke Cage" sometime in 2016, and it was also rumored that the third show will be "Iron Fist."

According to reports, once the three heroes establish themselves in their own shows, the company is planning to bring the three characters together as part of the Defender Series.

"Jessica Jones" will officially start streaming on Nov. 20. According to the synopsis that was earlier reported, Jessica's short superhero stint ended in a tragedy, which led her to rebuild her personal life as a badass private detective in Hell's Kitchen.
