Award-winning singer, music producer, and "The Voice" judge Pharrell Williams recently placed his creatively unique Miami condo for sale. Known for very his remarkable fashion sense as well as his music, Williams' $10.99 million condo, clearly reflects his playful, pop-art tendencies, the Architectural Digest reports.
The singer's circular Brickrell Avenue penthouse at the Bristol Tower was previously listed for as high as $16.8 million, according to Curbed.com. The property was taken off the market after it failed to find a buyer after two years. With its strategic location atop the Bristol Tower, the trippy saucer condo capped with a translucent dome offers residents a panoramic view of Miami's skyline and the ocean.
Pharrell's condo features 9,000 square feet of interior space that includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Outside, residents can enjoy 5,000 square feet of additional space that consists of an outdoor pool and other deck amenities. Other high-end features include a comfortable movie theater, hardwood flooring, and a world-class kitchen by Italian design firm Pininfarina.
Built in 1993, the condo sits ath the 40th floor of the Bristol Tower. Pharrell bought the residence in 2007 for $12.525 million, which he decked out with artworks by Takashi Murakami, Keith Haring, and Andy Warhol. The singer acquired the condo at the peak of the real estate bubble.
Forbes ranks Pharrell as the 78th-highest paid celebrity of 2015. The financial magazine shares that the artist has earned $32 million from his various gigs, including his stint as a judge in the hit TV show "The Voice." He lost millions of dollars, however, when he had to settle for the damages for "Blurred Lines" to the family of Marvin Gaye.
This year, Pharrell acquired a hillside home in Laurel Canyon for $7.14 million.
