The eye-catching childhood home of Gigi Hadid was sold for a whopping $19 million. The home, which is finished with European villa-inspired interiors, sits on a vast space of more than three acres. The 11,600-square-foot, three-storey Malibu mansion of David and Yolanda Foster has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The décor of the home is less garish than the interior of the yacht.
Refinery 29 said that the mansion has great features of a home movie theater, a his and hers home office, his and hers master bathrooms, a wet bar, and a massive kitchen. The property also features a massive outdoor living space, where people can soak by the infinity pool, or cloister around a Pacific-adjacent fire pit.
Peter Propertyseller, a real estate uber-insider, first snitched the mansion. Property records reveal that producer, songwriter, and 16-time Grammy winning composer David Foster, along with his wife Yolanda Foster of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has sold their Malibu home for an eye-popping $19.45 million.
The property, which was last listed at $23.5 million in the Fall of 2013, was officially placed on the open market in early 2014, with an imaginary price tag of $27.5 million.
Variety reported that the custom-built Mediterranean mansion, which features a long gated drive with indisputably-stunning ocean and coastline views, was described in promotional materials as "reminiscent of a romantic European villa." Spanning more than 11,600 square feet of vast space, the mansion features extra-wide plank Bavarian walnut floors that run throughout the casually sumptuous main floor living space.
The property also includes a combination of living and dining rooms, a paneled library or office, and a family room, all with fireplaces, and a colossal kitchen that features a glass-fronted and marble-lined walk-refrigerator.
The master suite of the mansion has its own fireplace, a semi-circular office nook, two bathrooms, and a pair of enormous dressing rooms complimented by high-end boutiques. The suite is also open to a terrace with panoramic views of the ocean.
