Adam Carolla is leasing his funky Hollywood home to anyone willing to pay $13,500 a month for the 5,757-square-feet property complete with an in-house dive bar.

A Truliablog report says that 49-year-old Carolla acquired the Spanish-styled property, which includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms, for $1,630,000 on April 18, 2003.

Built in 1928, Carolla's house is one of the first constructions in the Lake Hollywood region. Later, the house was renovated using elements that are typical to Spanish constructions, including vaulted doorways, manually carved wooden beams, leaded glass windows, tile floors, chandeliers and expansive courtyards perfect for entertaining.

From the outside, the residence may look like any in the neighborhood; it's only once you enter the premises you realize its exclusiveness. The ground floor accommodates a spacious, made-to-order entertainment room, furnished with a pool table and a full bar with a view of the pool.

The house also features a custom-made spacious garage, which can accommodate as many as 10 cars. A separate private parking lot on the ground fits another dozen cars.
