Aside from her exceptional acting skills and svelte figure, Hunger Games lead actress Jennifer Lawrence is known for her slips and stumbles on high profile events. On Tuesday, during the Mockingjay Part 2 premiere in Madrid, she took a tumble again.
The Oscar winner and the cast of the 4th Hunger Games movie is currently on a European tour for the world premiere of the Lionsgate film. Some of the people present at the premiere were able to take pictures and even videos of the unfortunate incident. These show that the actress' team was trying to fix her gown while she was walking upstairs at the Kinepolis Cinema in Madrid, then she slipped backwards and fell into their arms.
There was no mention of what caused the slip but the 25-year-old actress was captured warning her co-star and leading man Josh Hutcherson not to step on the train of her stunning black Ralph Lauren gown. Her sky-high heels probably did not contribute to her avoiding the embarrassing experience.
Speaking of embarrassing moments, Jennifer just had one, also on the red carpet of their London premiere last November 5, when she accidentally kissed co-star Natalie Dormer on the lips. The media was able to catch it on camera, including a very candid and funny reaction from Lawrence.
"Oh my god," Lawrence exclaimed, before apologizing to her costar. "We just kissed on camera. And I liked it."
Jennifer also had other awkward blunders in the past, two of which happened in the highly regarded Academy Awards, in front if all the A-listers. In 2013, she was walking up the stage to receive her award when she tripped on her white Dior ensemble and fell off the stage. The next year, she fell again on the same event, only it was during her arrival at the Oscars, wearing another Dior gown.
