Fans of "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" recently came up with fan-fiction stories about the lead characters Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James).

According to Fashion & Style, one of the fan-fiction stories focus on Tris' fate toward the end of the trilogy.

In Veronica Roth's book, Tris died after being killed by David. However, fans of the franchise have been urging the book author, directors and the producers to change the character's Fate.

Fan @954kay wrote a different ending to the trilogy wherein Tris survives.

"The story is told in Tris' voice and is set during the time that Tris was just starting to learn more about her mother Natalie, who was portrayed by Ashley Judd," the publication noted.

The fan also came up with an alternate ending to Jeanine Williams (Kate Winslet) wherein she survived and lived until the end of "Allegiant."

Meanwhile, another fan came up with a story focused on Tris and Four's life after she picked to be part of Dauntless. The story reveals that Tris and Four's love story started after the other members of the faction paired them up with each other.

Another fan came up with a story focused on Tris, Four and their baby. After Tris survived David's attack, she and Four decided to live a peaceful life.

In other news, "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" will see the death of Tris towards the end of the story. The character and Four will not have a baby either.

During an interview with MTV News, Roth explained why it's necessary to kill off Tris towards the end of the story. According to her, it would be unlikely for a hero to survive death even after a terrible attack because it's just an impossibility.

"The Divergent Series: Allegiant" is set to hit theaters in the United States on Mar. 18, 2016.
