Leah Messer has been having hard time lately. The "Teen Mom 2" star lost custody of her twin daughters to Corey Simms. She is getting deeper into depression and being accused of using drugs and is now suicidal. She is also yet to admit her prescription pills use.

A family insider tells Radar Online, "Leah seems deeply depressed, and everyone is very concerned. She can't imagine life without her girls. Dawn is asking friends for advice on how to help her. It's obvious that she has struggled with pills, but she refuses to talk about it. If she won't be honest, how is she ever going to truly get better?" Dawn Spears is Leah's mother.

The drama she is facing is far from over because Corey Simms  (another Teen Mom 2 cast) revealed that he is going to take her to court again. This time, Messer is being accused of taking money from her daughters' trust fund and spent it personal use. The father of two claims his ex-wife took a total of $10,000. He wants her to pay it all back because it is for their children's future.

Another insider, from Inqusitr this time, says, "[Simms] is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money. That was the girl's money, not Leah's. [Corey] is going to do whatever he can to make sure it's put back. She has made a lot of bad financial decisions."

Despite the rumor going around about her drug use, deppression and now the looming court date with her ex-husband, Leah Seems unfaze. She is yet to respond to the possible lawsuit and went to Facebook to post something about a "miracle baby." Clearly, it has nothing to do with what is happening to her life nor an indication that she cares what Simms does. Perhaps she could just be in denial and does not know how to handle another blow.
