Lenovo will hold an event on the 16th of November and as per their teaser image, the star of the event would be the "Lenovo Vibe X3". This latest Lenovo addition already had its specs leaked online several times. As per most rumors, the "Lenovo Vibe X3" will belong in the midrange category with a specs of 3 GB RAM, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, and Snapdragon 808 chipset. According to the "Lenovo Vibe X3" TENAA listing, the device will measure 154 x 76.4 x 9.4 mm and will weigh 175 grams. Furthermore, it's 5.5 inch display will have a 1080p resolution and on its rear will be a fingerprint sensor and a 21 MP camera with dual LED flash. Being a bit photography focused, the phone will sport a good 8 MP front camera as well.
For the Lenovo Vibe X3's battery life and price, we only need to wait a few more days to find that out. On November 16th, we will be able to learn everything there is to know about the company's latest midranger alongside it's official release date. But so far with the leaked specs, it looks like the "Lenovo Vibe X3" would like to compete with the mainstream photography focused smartphones, i.e. the "Sony Xperia Z5" series and "HTC Desire Eye".
With that info at hand, we can't wait to test the phone's camera quality and find out if Lenovo can actually compete with it rivals when it comes to smartphone cameras, and overall functionalities. But so far with all the rumors that have surfaced, it seems like the company is upping its game not only with the high camera megapixels, but with the fingerprint sensor as well. Lenovo has established itself as a stable name in the computer market, so it's pretty sure that they are taking the smartphone competition seriously as well.
