Lady Gaga, the Countess, is seeking Charles Montgomery's (played by Matt Ross) services at the infamous estate in 1926. At the time, the countess, using the name Mrs. Johnson, wanted to get an abortion without her husband's knowledge. Although the countess claims to be three weeks pregnant, her belly looks like The Rock inside.

TV Guide said that Montgomery doesn't care whether or not the Countess is in her third week or in the final week of pregnancy, and even said, "Cool. Let me cut that fetus out of you." And weird things followed. The doctor performs the abortion without a problem, but discovers that the three-week-old fetus is alive and violent as a new born. When the countess wakes up from sedation, she greets the little creature with a kiss.

According to the 'I Hate the Countess Club,' her son Bartholomew in Room 33 is the only thing she loves more. Ramona (played by Angela Bassett) wants to kill the little bastard, and when she enters Room 33, Bartholomew escapes in John's suitcase.

When John discovers the demonic creature hiding in his house, he tries to kill Bartholomew. But soon the little demon was returned to Room 33. The Countess never discovers the little excursion of her son outside Room 33. Soon, many see Bartholomew's face and wish they never had seen it.

The Countess, performed by Lady Gaga, paces out of a cab in front of the LA Murder House from Season 1 of "American Horror Story." Charles Montgomery was living there with his wife Nora (played by Lily Rabe), and giving the "services" to those women who were not prepared to turn into mothers, as reported by the International Business Times.

John (played by Wes Bentley) is asleep in bed and awakens to discover Holden (played by Lennon Henry) next to him. Holden gets away and he runs after him. It's there that he discovers his estranged wife Alex (played by Chloe Sevigny), inside a coffin with Holden. Elsewhere in the hotel, Tristan (played by Finn Wittrock), is hooking up with Liz Taylor (played by Denis O'Hare).
