Jamie Kennedy, the famed actor of "Malibu's Most Wanted," has reportedly slashed the price of his Los Feliz home once again, listing it for $1.84 million.
Kennedy purchased the home in 2007 for around $2.1 million. In July 2012, he first flipped the house for $1.9 million. Failing to sell then, the actor chopped off a small chunk off the asking price, re-listing it for $1.88 million in March 2013.
Now, after sitting unclaimed for almost a year, Kennedy has reduced the price by $40,000.
When the home first hit the market, Kennedy said he was selling because of hectic travel issues and a need for change, the Los Angeles Times reported.
According to the listing records at Realtor.com, the home is a single family, ranch-style residence. It spreads across an area of 2,342 square feet and is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The double-gated, single-story home was built in 1958 and has been remodeled to feature modern and sleek interiors.
Interiors of the house have hardwood flooring and large floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. The open plan of the house allows for easy in-out flow; the place gives a vibe of complete informal living, like a hip hotel.
The house also has a mini-bar and a modern kitchen. A family room, a dining room, a living room and a master suite with walk-in closets complete the interiors.
A large swimming pool with a connected spa and a cabana lines the backyard of the house. There is an above-the-ground koi aquarium, too. A two-car parking garage is also located on the property.

Kennedy, who lives in Hollywood, is currently busy filming "Buddy Hutchins" in Los Angeles. The Killer-thriller movie will see Kennedy playing the lead character.
