Max Kennedy, the ninth child of politician Robert F. Kennedy, is reportedly offering his Pacific Palisades home up for rent for a mere $20,000 a month.

According to the Realtor Blog, this is the home's second stint as a summer rental, having been listed in 2013 for a much steeper $35,000.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 4,177-square-foot single-family house sitting on a 1.77-acre lot. Built in 1981, the home has been beautifully renovated to sport modern features.

Interiors of the home show high vaulted ceilings with hardwood and stone-tiled floors. The home has large wood framed doors and windows, a living room, a separate dining area, a chef's kitchen and large walk-in closets in the master bedrooms.

Outside, the residence has a lighted tennis court, a lagoon, a sitting area and ample parking space.

The listing calls the place a "traditional home" that "has been wonderfully updated throughout and is beautifully furnished."
