The international hacker group 'Anonymous' has announced their condolences to the victims of the Paris terror attacks and has vowed to launch a massive cyber attack against the terror group responsible for the killings and bombings.

In a video posted on YouTube by the group, Anonymous expressed their strong desire to retaliate against those who deter freedom.

"France is shocked by the events caused by terrorism in the capital. We first wish to express our sorrow and solidarity with the victims, the injured, and their families," said a member of Anonymous in their video release. "To defend our values and our freedom, we're tracking down members of the terrorist group responsible for these attacks."

"We will not give up, we will not forgive, and we will do all that is necessary to end their actions," the member added.

In a report by the CBS News, David Gewirtz, a cyber warfare expert, told the news site that cyber attacks have tremendous impacts.

"Of course, they can't be used to arrest people or take terrorists off the field," said Gewirtz. "But they can certainly be used to compromise structural components of terrorist operations. More to the point, they can go after both the money that terrorists have and their funding sources. Damaging the money flow can certainly have an impact on the terrorists' operations."

Despite being potentially useful in the war against ISIS, Gewirtz also said that Anonymous can also become a liability because it is a loose organization and doesn't have military discipline.

"Anonymous isn't really one group. It's many people operating under one umbrella name," noted Gewirtz. "Anonymous, while itself is something of a vigilante organization, can pick enemies we also see as enemies, but they tend to knee-jerk reactions that might have unintended consequences."

Anonymous is urging their members to take part in the fight against terrorism and tyranny. They also said that the recent violations should not weaken them but instead give them strength.

"We are Anonymous, we're a legion," the member concluded in the video. "We don't forgive. We don't forget. Expect Us."
