Keeping up with the Kardashians just got a little easier: The house used for exterior shots (only) in the reality TV show is up for sale for $6.25 million, TMZ reports.
The 7,049-square-foot Studio City residence that poses as the family's house is fashioned in the 19th-century Italian style and includes an expansive backyard and a large swimming pool.
Although used for exterior shots in the popular TV show, the listing bursts the myth that the famous family resides in the house - likely for security reasons. Trulia reports that the actual 8,860-square-foot Kardashian/Jenner home is located about 20 miles away and is comprised of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The Studio City home appeared on the market for $5.25 million in 2005. In 2007, the property was re-listed for a whopping $12 million. During the last nine years, the property was on and off the market several times.
In March, sister Khloe dropped her home, which she shared with Lamar Odom, for $5,499,000, while Kim and her fiancé shifted to their new Bel Air home in January of last year.
In addition to "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the famous home has also appeared in "Chuck," "NCIS: Los Angeles," "Entourage," and "True Blood." Now, it seems the Kardashians will have to hunt for a new house to feature on their show.
