Anton Lessine, a Russian film producer, has bought a modern-style mansion located in Pacific Palisades for $3.995 million, a report from LA Times said.

According to the report, Lessine's luxurious and modern-style residence sits on over a half-acre lot. The house as an angular design which sets it apart from other properties in the area.The home also has beautiful curving walls that are made of glass and spacious open-air walkways.

"Among the features are hardwood floors, a glassed-lined foyer and a circular living room with an Onyx wall fireplace. About 6,100 square feet of open-plan space includes a contemporary kitchen with a wide center island, a formal dining room and a gym. A private patio with a dry sauna is accessed through an office/library. The master suite has a fireplace, a lounge and a glassed-in steam shower for a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Double glass doors open to landscaped grounds with a patio and a swimming pool and spa," the report said.

When Lessine bought the whole property, he was represented by Glenda Lousignont, a realty agent of Keller Williams Realty. The Pacific Palisades residence was listed by Lara Kajajian of Nourmand & Associates, Brentwood.  

It was said that Lessine is the financier of QED International, a U.S.-based film production outfit and international film distributor of several top-grossing Hollywood movies. Some of the movies produced by Lessine are "Rock the Kasbah 2015," "Term Life 2015," "Fading Gigolo 2014," "Fury 2014," "Sabotage 2014," "Haunt 2013," according to Hollywood.com.

"Lessine is the son of Kremlin media czar and press minister Mikhail Lesin, who passed away this month at 57. Among the studio's upcoming projects is the comedy 'Dirty Grandpa' starring Robert De Niro and Zac Efron," LA Times said.
