"Scream Queens" Season 1 will reveal the identity of the mysterious Red Devil in the upcoming episodes. Fans believe that it's highly possible KeKe Palmer's character Zay Day is responsible for all the killings inside and outside the Kappa Kappa Tau house.

On Tuesday night, it was really revealed that Zay Day is the Red Devil, but fans believe that it's possible because she barely survives per episode. In fact, Palmer's character is just one the few others who are still alive but are not always featured on every episode of the hit FOX series.
Meanwhile, the episode also saw the death of Hester. After she faked her own pregnancy and told Chad that she's pregnant, the latter decided to push her down the Kappa house's stairs, according to TV Line.
Boone officially returned, and he's eager to get rid of Gigi. "This has always been about you and me," he told her. However, before he could even kill Gigi, Boone was stabbed in the throat.
In other news, what has been confirmed so far is that the Red Devil is Boone's brother.
