Nicholas Pritzker, heir to the Pritzker family riches and Hyatt Development CEO, has listed his 7,884-square-foot Gold Coast Georgian-style mansion in Chicago for $9,995,000, reports the Chicago Tribune.

Set on a double lot on the exclusive Astor St., this brick mansion is among the most expensive residential real estate listings currently up for grabs in Chicago.

According to the property's listing, the home has seven bedrooms, five full and one half bathrooms and four fireplaces. It is complete with a large foyer, an island kitchen attached to a breakfast room, a hardwood floor dining room, a library, a playroom for children and separate staff quarters.

The interior features include skylights, hardwood flooring, a wet bar and both central cooling and heating systems.

Pritzker's home also features a media room, mud room and an office. Built in 1893, the three-story home has bathrooms in the basement, a spacious rooftop deck and south-facing stone terraces.

Besides this property, Pritzker, who now lives in Chicago, owns a 7,325-square-foot contemporary-style mansion set on more than 40 acres on Lake Michigan in Covert, Mich., that has been up for sale since 2010. It is currently available for $3.9 million.

The Gold Coast mansion-estate of the philanthropist and businessman whose worth is estimated at $1.3 billion is the fourth most expensive home listed in the city. Other high-priced listings include a $32-million penthouse unit at Trump Towers, the $18.75 million home of philanthropist Ann Lurie and an $18.85 million penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton residences.
