With the "iPad Pro", it's pretty clear that Apple wants to up its game in the tablet market. Some would look at it like that and some would look at it as Apple's strongest attempt to take on the "Microsoft Surface Pro" Series.

However, Microsoft claims that the Surface Pro is the tablet that can replace your laptop. Can Apple claim the same thing? According to TechRadar, maybe not. But they said that the "iPad Pro" is a really good device and is certainly way better than your regular hybrids.

"iPad Pro" Specs

The tab comes with a massive 12.9 inch screen with a resolution of 2048 x 2732 pixels. The device runs iOS 9 from the box and it is powered by the Apple A9x chipset and a dual core 2.26 GHz (Twister) CPU. It comes in 32 GB and 128 GB storage variants and it has a RAM size of 4 GB.

The cameras are 8 MP rear and 1.2 MP front. Not the best cameras, but this is a tablet hybrid and not a smartphone so it makes sense to not focus on the camera details as you may probably already have a good camera phone for picture taking that isn't 12 inches in size.

The upgrades that the "iPad Pro" has over its siblings and average competitors is that it has an "Apple Smart Keyboard"  and the "Apple Pencil". The Apple Pencil is not just a simple stylus that mimics your finger, it has multiple sensors that allows for pressure and angle to be considered when writing or drawing something using the tool.

Furthermore, the device has the normal Apple perks that the latest iOS devices have such as the iMessage, Siri, and fingerprint sensor. The battery is a massive Li Ion 10307 mAh battery which is just enough for the device's demands.

"iPad Pro" Conclusions

As per TechRadar, they loved using the device, so it's undeniable that the "iPad Pro" is indeed one good gadget that offers a smooth performance and above average work. However, if you want a laptop replacement, this may not be it. But if you're looking for a top of the line tablet hybrid, the "iPad Pro" has you covered.
