Korean automaker Hyundai presented the latest redesigned version of its Elantra sedan in Los Angeles Auto Show on Nov. 18, Wednesday.

According to Automotive News, Hyundai's most recent Elantra design sold as "Avante" was initially revealed in September through an event in Namyang Technical Center in Seoul, South Korea. The newest Elantra sported its original hexagonile grille. It also modeled the similar curves and touches from the grander Sonata.

The cutting-edge additional feature broadened the vehicle to an inch longer and wider than the last model. The space interior and load capacity are greater than the lavish Audi A4 and Acura ILX, classifying the 2017 Elantra as a midsize car among Civic and Corolla.

USA Today stated that the Hyundai press release highlights Elantra's space interiors and load volume associated to luxurious brands like Acura ILX and Audi A4.

The Elantra also holds off the latest Civic and Sentra with its built-in technology and advanced security features. It has an automatic reserve brake that can recognize pedestrians, a lane switch support, and rear cross-traffic signal. It offers a greater level safety feature for headlights as it curves and light up corners when the driver makes a turn.

Hyundai revealed how Elantra was reinvented to mainstream design and how it was renovating its philosophy gearing away from the previous generation. The leading-edge models of Elantra were taking a different turn to go further directly to the middle-of-the-road market.

Hyundai buyers also have the option between the 7-inch and 8-inch touchscreen direction system powered by two technology interfaces -- Google Android Auto smartphone and Harman's Clari-Fi technology. It covers the radio satellite, low-quality audio streaming sound, and transferred MP3 files.

Hyundai hopes to invest in major quality improvements. According to Automotive News, Apple's rival CarPlay system will take its place in the coming years. However, Hyundai did not give a specific date for the release.

The brand Hyundai ranked fourth after Porsche, Jaguar, and Kia in J.D Power and Associates Initial Quality Study for 2015.
