Times Square will welcome another amazing attraction that will feature the world's largest miniature called the Gulliver's Gate.

The miniature will be the biggest Lilliputian installation that reaches 49,000 square feet. It will showcase more than 300 buildings, 1,000-plus model trains, cars and planes, and a vast collection of 3D-printed global replicas. It will also include Times Square, Grand Central, as well as lower Manhattan, 6sqft reported.

The operator of Gulliver’s Gate recently signed a 15-year lease of the first and second floors of the former New York Times Building at 216 West 44th Street. Unlike other miniatures, what we will see in this attraction is what co-founder Eiran Gazit defines as “the largest, most intricate, most technologically advanced display anywhere.”

"We are building a football-field sized layout that will have model trains, cars, ships and planes," Gazit added, who built a tourist attraction called Mini Israel in 2002.

The project will cost $30 million to build and is expected to open in spring 2017. More than one million visitors in a year are expected to visit the attraction with an admission price of $30, Crain's reported.

The giant miniature will be fully interactive which seemingly invites visitors to be part of the little world. Guests will also get a chance to scan themselves and get a 3D-printed miniature of their likeness.

"It is going to be a jaw-dropping experience," said co-founder Michael Langer, a principal at E&M Associates, which is the major investor of the project.

Aside from Michael Langer, other big names like Beyer, Blinder & Belle are part of the project by providing consulting services. The project is inspired by Hamburg, Germany’s Miniatur Wunderland, a miniature model railway with tons of teeny planes, trains and automobiles, Gothamist reported. The attraction receives around 1.3 million visitors in a year, which Gazit wants to achieve.
