Just last year, former couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin announced their divorce -- but they've made it clear that they are still in very good terms and that theirs was merely a "conscious uncoupling."

Looks like the statement still holds true as Daily Mail reported that the "Goop" star has recorded vocals for Coldplay's upcoming album. Chris Martin candidly revealed this piece of information to the Wall Street Journal.

In the interview, the Coldplay frontman shared "Everyone who got asked to sing on our album has an important part in our lives ... What I'm trying to learn in my life is the value of every human." Gwyneth Paltrow's vocals will be featured on the track entitled "Everglow," which Chris Martin described as a ballad telling a story about a relationship trying to endure spark. Despite Chris Martin's ex being on the album, his current girlfriend Annabelle Wallis has nothing to worry about since she'll be featured in another track as well. Other guests who will be featured on their much-awaited album are Beyonce, "Talking Body" artist Tove Lo, and former Oasis vocalist Noel Gallagher.

In a recent report by People Magazine, Chris Martin shared that his break up with Gwyneth Paltrow was hard for him at first, but then he realized that being divorced doesn't mean that their relationship can't get better. He says "You look back, you think, well, this is actually kind of a good thing to talk about, introducing [the idea that] you could break up in a way where you remain a family, even if you're not a couple."

Things are looking good romantically for the "Coldplay" singer. Just last month, his "discreet" romance with actress Annabelle Wallis made headlines when they were both spotted out and about in the streets of Paris and New York. According to Economic Times, Chris Martin is happier than ever in the arms of the British actress and just wants to settle down now.

Coldplay's upcoming album entitled "A Head Full of Dreams" will be released on December 4, 2015.
