Mama June and her ex husband, Mike Thompson, also known as Sugar Bear, are giving their marriage a second shot. The former couple, along with their family members, were seen at LAX on Wednesday in time for the Marriage Boot Camp's premiere party the next day.

The duo, who are parents to Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, 10, is joining the cast of WEtv's upcoming season of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" as Mama June believes it could be their last chance to rekindle their old flame. Mama June and her former husband previously starred in the famous TLC show, "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," before it was axed in October 2014 following speculations that she got involved with her child's molester and a convicted sex offender, Daily Mail reports.

In early November, Mama June and Sugar Bear's daughter announced on her Facebook page that they will be returning on the television in December.

"OK for everyone it was asked if we are going to be back on TV, the answer is yes and it will be very soon," Honey Boo Boo wrote. "It will not be [on the] TLC network but it will be announced as we were told with People on Tuesday. I will be able to get out more details soon but we are excited as it will air starting in December. But it will not be [a] Here Comes Honey Boo Boo kind of thing, but it will be reality TV and it will be real and unscripted like we have always ever been. That's [the] only kind of TV we believe in and we want you all to see the true side of all of us."

In an interview with PEOPLE, Mama June and her ex-husband claimed that they are working on their relationship as the matriarch believes that "Marriage Boot Camp" is their "last resort." The two split in September after Mama June reportedly caught her ex-husband on a dating site. At the same time, it was also reported that she dated her former boyfriend, Mark McDaniel.

"Marriage Boot Camp" is a show that helps couples decide whether to go on in their relationship or not.

Mama June and her ex-husband will be joining other cast members including "The Bachelor's" Sean and Catherine Lowe, Sunday Carter and Cedric of "Basketball Wives: LA," Benzino and Althea Heart from "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" and Sarah Oliver and Jimmy "Inkman" Coney from "Bad Girls Club."
