"19 Kids and Counting" alum Josh Duggar recently went under fire for allegedly assaulting porn star Danica Dillon.
According to Star Pulse, Duggar paid Dillon to have rough sex with him. Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, claimed that Duggar asked her to do several lap dances on him.
After Dillon left the gentleman's club, Duggar allegedly followed her to her home and offered her $1500 for companionship. Although Dillon accepted the offer, the porn star said that Duggar assaulted her and did other things that they didn't agree on.
The lawsuit reads, "Once inside the plaintiff's hotel room, Defendant manhandled Plaintiff and physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries. Indeed, Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the defendant. This was not part of any agreement and clearly exceeded the scope of any consent by the Plaintiff."
Meanwhile, Dillon previously sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight to detail her rendezvous with Duggar. According to her, Duggar visited her at work to try and apologize for what he did. However, he also talked her into having sex with him again.
"I had no clue who he was. He just looks like your average, everyday fan. I believe he had had a few drinks at the club. I wasn't really staring at him or watching him because my friends were there with me," she said.
"I tried to be sexy and seductive. And then he was like, 'No, let's get straight to the point,' and we took our clothes off, took his clothes off, and he was very rough with me. He threw me on the bed and, in all honesty, though it was consensual it more or less felt like I was being raped," she added.
Fans now believe that there's a chance TLC will cancel "Counting On" due to this new scandal.
