Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have proven that they will do anything for their children despite the various scandals they've been involved in. This coming Thanksgiving, the exes have reportedly agreed to spend the occasion together with their three children, Violet, 9, and Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 2.

According to E! News, the former sweethearts want to make things as normal as possible for their kids. This includes spending each holiday together despite their differences, heartaches and new life.

According to a source, both of them want to stay together during the holidays with their family. They value their family so much that they can't afford to be selfish and do different things although they have already split. Thanksgiving and Christmas are about families, and the ex-couple has reportedly agreed to go through the same activities that their family had done in the past.

"They are a unit," said a source. "They are all about the kids and making sure they are okay. They are committed to parenting together."

Another witness claimed that the former pair is already planning on how they're going to spend the holidays. The "Pearl Harbor" star is reportedly willing to go out of her way to compromise with the "Batman" star despite the nanny scandal. According to Daily Mail, the latest Ben and Jennifer update would mean that the actor would need to stop filming his latest movie, "Live By Night," in Boston to be with his loved ones.

Meanwhile, PEOPLE reports that Garner "wants to get along with Ben for the kids' sake." The pair's divorce is not yet filed in court as it is said that they are still working on their finances before finally putting an end to their marriage.
