Pairing the Apple Pencil

The Apple Pencil has no physical button, which makes it a little bit confusing when one needs to pair it up with the iPad Pro or other iOS capable device.  No application is also available on the tablet that a user can open up to pair the two.  The technique here is, to plug in the stylus to the Lightning port and after a few seconds, a prompt will appear on the screen.  Simply tap "Pair."

Use a virtual touchpad

There are instances that users wish that the iPad Pro has some sort of a touchpad, well, there is one, virtually.  Users can tap the screen with two fingers while doing some typing.  This action will pull up a virtual touchpad that can be utilized to accurately position the cursor onto the words.

Split Screen

One can open up another application without closing the current application.  As long as the next program to open will be compatible with the current one, both applications can be viewed side by side, at the same time.  One simply needs to one put a finger on the right edge of the iPad Pro screen and swipe to the left.  A thin line will appear on the left hand portion of the sidebar, simply tap it to enlarge the screen space for the second app.

Checking the battery status of connected devices

There are users who have many connected devices to the iPad Pro like, the Apple Pencil and Bluetooth headphones.  By swiping down from the top edge of the screen, the notification shade will show up and tap on the battery widget.  From here, one can see the amount of charge left of the devices connected to the tablet.
