It's been a week of controversy after actor Charlie Sheen revealed that he was diagnosed with HIV four years ago. Just after his revelation on November 18, countless ex-girlfriends and former partners have sought legal help to make the actor "pay" for not being upfront before having sexual relations with them.

Recently, a new, shocking revelation to the story was obtained by Radar Online. This is about the contents of a video that allegedly was about Charlie Sheen performing lewd acts in 2011. An article from Daily Mail reported.

The video reportedly showed the "Anger Management" actor smoking crack-cocaine and performing oral sex to an unidentified man in a hotel room in Las Vegas. Take note that this video was shot in 2011, the year when the actor was diagnosed with HIV. However it is not clear if Sheen had the virus before or after the video was recorded.

Still, according to the source of the video, this clip is the center of a $20 million lawsuit against the 50-year-old actor which was filed by the other man seen in the video. The unidentified man claimed that he got herpes from the actor.

The video clips were 30 seconds each and showed the actor smoking crack and seducing the man in the video. The man said that at that time the video was shot, Sheen claimed that he is not infected with any venereal disease, the article from the Daily Mail stated.

Reports state that Sheen's alleged sex partner in the video filed a lawsuit against the actor claiming that he "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to service his prurient desires."

Sheen and his team reportedly paid millions to settle this case out of court as well as to retrieve the original copies of the video but a bootleg copy was given to Radar.
