Ryan Sheckler, a popular professional skateboarder and entrepreneur, is selling his mansion located in San Clemente for $1.55 million, a report from Los Angeles Times said on Tuesday.

Citing property records, it was said that Sheckler has reportedly bought a new real estate property in the same place. The said property is actually a two-story Mediterranean-inspired mansion which he bought for $1.7 million back in 2008.

"Formal living and dining rooms, an open-area kitchen, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and three fireplaces are within 4,500 square feet of open-plan space. Travertine and stone floors, iron handrails and coffered ceilings highlight the interior details. The master suite has an ocean-view deck, his and hers closets and an in-floor safe. Outdoors, a wide patio centers on panoramic ocean and canyon views. There's also a three-car garage with custom storage," the report said.

Earlier this year, Sheckler, 25, has also bought a "Mediterranean-style house near T-Street Beach in San Clemente with 3,000 square feet of living space" for $2.5 million.  The house has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, among others.

In 2009, Sheckler's crib in San Clemente has been featured in "MTV Cribs." The home is within a gated community that offers a wide range of amenities such as "a skylight-topped rotunda, a lower-level gym, whole-house surround sound and a custom theater complete with stadium seating and a 103-inch television."

"Professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler has a net worth estimated at $16 million. In 2003, Sheckler came in first at World Cup of Skateboarding, Vans Triple Crown, Slam City Jam, and Gravity Games and subsequently turned professional," according to Celebrity Net Worth
