Before the premiere of "Orange is the new Black" season 4, some of its stars have teased on what fans should expect when the show returns next year.
Christian Post reported that actress Laura Prepon who plays the role of Alex in the show revealed in an interview that Alex will surely return in "Orange is the new Black" season 4. The season3 cliffhanger left fans to question if Ale will survive the attack or not. Prepon revealed that Alex will survive it but the experience will surely change her. The actress said that fans will not see a more timid side of the character and the experience will empower her.
Despite the change in personality, Prepon reveals that some things will never change and that is Alex's connection with Piper, played by Taylor Schilling. Prepon said that Alex and Piper will always have that connection and people can never control where their heart goes so fans should expect some interaction between the two when the show returns.
Meanwhile, Venture Capital Post reported that another cast member Danielle Brooks who plays the role of Tasha Jefferson also revealed some details about the new season. Brooks revealed in an interview that her character will deal with the fact that she is now a mother and fans should expect more tension inside the prison with it becoming more overpopulated. She added that her character will also work on her new responsibilities and Tasha also known as Taysee, will have some important realizations in the new season. She also described the new season as "epic" and she thinks that it is one of the best seasons that were written so far. She hinted that there will be a lot of surprises that will "tear the people in half."
As of writing there is still no official release date for "Orange is the New Black" season 4 but it is expected to debut sometime in 2016.
