Avid fans and die-hard gamers of the popular video game "Tearaway" have something to celebrate about. This is after game developer Media Molecule has announced this week that the game will be receiving two new holiday DLC packs. The company said that the game's first downloadable pack will be rolled out for free.

The game's first new holiday DLC pack will feature four new avatars and Gopher Show, a dynamic theme which changes between day and night. Aside from this, both the avatar and theme are expected to be available on PlayStation Store this week, a report from IGN said on Friday.

"The second piece of DLC is a bit more festive. It includes four costumes for your Messenger: Santa, a Snowman, an Elf, and a Reindeer. Also packed inside are new decorations including a Christmas tree, candy cane, Christmas pudding, a stocking, a holly leaf with berries, an ivy leaf, a Christmas wreath, as well as a gift," the report said.

According to the report, Media Molecule said that the game's holiday DLC pack will be sold for $1. The company has described the game's DLC as "festive-tastic pack" which is a perfect for the yuletide holidays. The pack gives avid players can select several costumes and decoration to adorn their Messenger.
