Screen Junkies have a reputation for pointing out what went wrong in different movies, tv series, and other stuff. So what do you get when you combine the brutal honesty of Screen Junkies and a super horrible movie reboot? You get an epic Honest Trailer.
The trailer started of by mentioning a tweet of it's director, Josh Trank saying, "A year ago I has a fantastic version of this. And it would've received great reviews. You'll probably never see it. That's reality though." Trank was talking about the re-shoots that happened when the studio executives asked him to do because they were not satisfied initially.
It also mentioned that the first two "Fantastic Four" movies also failed in delivering the story.
Then comes the juicy part when they make fun of the whole thing. Calling the actors as moody, awkward, and has really really low energy. They also pointed out that the four superheroes was never referred as Mr. Fantastic, The Thing, The Invisible Woman, or The Human Torch, or being called as "The Fantastic Four" as a team.
We'll leave the other hilarious parts to you. You can watch the video here. The movie is a total disappointment in box office sales of only $168 million. It also received a lot of negative reviews about the acting, special effects, and the lack of humor in the story. The audience also criticized the antagonist, Doctor Doom.
