Aside from the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL, Microsoft also launched phones at the other end of the spectrum, the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM. Both phones will have an aluminium back panel that gives off a great classy look for the phone. An additional 2MP camera with LED flash, both front and rear, can be used to take those picture-perfect shots day and night.
These Nokia phones are expected to be a huge hit in developing countries, like India, where it will release this coming December. It is basically the same phone and the only difference is with its SIM slot, as the name implies, the dual SIM model has two SIM slots, according to Microsoft's Windows Blog.
Both Nokia phones will have a price tag of $55. They are also "internet enabled devices," that means sharing of pictures on the social media like Twitter and Facebook will never be a hassle. Even video conference in Skype can be performed on this phone. The phone other features include a 2.8-inch QVGA LCD with a 240x320 pixel resolution display. External storage can also be upgraded up to 32 GB via its MicroSD card slot.
The Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM phones does have physical keyboard which makes it also great for doing some gaming. Microsoft will even throw in a single free game from Gameloft valid for the first year from date of purchase. Apps and other games also be accessed via the Opera Store. "Assassin's Creed Brotherhood" is one of the free games being offered for the phone, according to TechTimes.
