The "Thor" actor isn't just a hero on the big screen, but he's his family's real hero as well. Chris Hemsworth may have earned millions after the "Avengers," but he never forgot where he came from.
Hemsworth proved that he knows how to thank the people behind his success especially his parents, by paying off their debt. During an interview with the Independent, his younger brother Liam, 25, shared his brother's heroic deed.
"He [his father] called my brother Chris back and said: 'I don't know how to feel. Since I left home I have had debts and I thought I'd be paying them off until I died and have this weight hanging over me, and now to have them completely cleared.'
He then shared how happy his parents are and he wanted to grow up like his older brother.
"They are so happy now and able to spend more time with us, I would love to be able to do something for my parents like that."
The 32-year-old hunk has a net worth of $60 million.
On the other hand, Chris Hemsworth gave out a few insights in regards to his upcoming 2017 Marvel movie. As per Cinema Blend, Hemsworth stated that adding a few humor on "Thor: Ragnarok" could work.
"I think [Thor 3] needs to be injected with that sort of smart wit and unexpected kind of humor, kind of what James Gunn came in and did with Guardians [Of The Galaxy]. It was like off center and unpredictable, and I think we can definitely use a dose of that, you know?"
Hemsworth then added that:
"I feel we had less of the sort of the naivety or fun or humor that the first [Thor] might have had. I wish we had more of that in the second [movie] ... We've done regal. We've done Shakespeare, and we've shown that. I think now it's time to go, 'Ok, cool. Let's try something different,' and Taika just had such a brilliant sort of take and funny kind of ideas about where we could [go], how we could do that."
"Thor: Ragnarok" is set to hit the big screen on November 3, 2017.
