Joe Jonas is moving on from his split with Gigi Hadid. Since saying goodbye to the supermodel, Jonas also bid farewell to his former West Hollywood home and is now renting an extravagant bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills. TMZ reported that the singer found his new home through Airbnb, which costs $2,500 per night.
Jonas' new temporary home sits on top of LA's famous Runyon Canyon, and is described as "one of the most amazing rental properties in the market." According to the listing, the house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The predominantly white house takes on a minimalist contemporary design, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give a 270-degree panoramic view of Hollywood's iconic landmarks and Santa Monica Bay.
The fully-furnished house is brand new, and includes a movie theater, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a dining room big enough for a bowling alley. The property also features a fenced lawn, a private pool and a Jacuzzi area complete with multiple fire pits.
The Airbnb rental comes with a dedicated round-the-clock concierge, an on-call estate manager, and a "Personal Client Ambassador."
Last Friday, Nov. 27, Jonas hosted a joint house-warming and Thanksgiving party with family and friends. The DNCE frontman posted a photo on his Instagram account, showing off his new abode.
"Best thanksgiving yet with the fam. Feeling at home in our @airbnb," Jonas wrote in the caption.
In another photo showing the house's living room, Jonas captioned it with "Home sweet home."
Shortly after his break up with Hadid, Jonas put his WeHo home in the market for $2,895,000. According to TMZ, Jonas has recently sold it for the asking price. He first purchased the property in 2014 for $2,595,000, giving him a cool $300,000 profit.
The singer is said to have booked the Airbnb rental until the end of December.
