Josh Hartnett and Tamsin Egerton are now full-fledged parents as they recently welcomed their first child.

Us Magazine reports that the couple were spotted heading out of the St. Mary's Hospital in London with a baby carrier in tow. The couple has been very secretive about their first baby, as they haven't disclosed any details regarding sex or name -- they just formally announced back in July that they are expecting and nothing more.

Keeping their lives private was a deliberate move from their end. The 'Black Hawk Down' actors share in an interview with TODAY that he "purposefully didn't want people to know too much about my personal life because I think a lot of people give it away for free," he said. "I think if you spend too much time courting people's attention into your personal life, you lose your ownership of it."

Hartnett and Egerton met at the set of 'The Lovers' back in 2011, and although they didn't start dating right at that moment -- they found themselves in each other's arms in 2013. A representative of the couple shared that although theirs is a romance that gradually developed, they describe it as a natural thing.

Now that they're entering a new stage in their relationship as parents, their needs have become slightly different. The Hamilton Spectator reported that Josh says there's a noticeable shift of focus in his life right now. For instance, he mentioned, "I have to get a car that's safe for my kid. I don't have a kid yet, but that's the idea coming into my head these days." There's no doubt that they were thrilled of their first child's arrival, and fans of the couple are sure that they will be wonderful parents.

The couple, who has been together for a while, just happily started their family and they shall be based in London for the time being.
