One of the most sought-after television show director, Michelle MacLaren relists her home in Los Angeles with a smashing $400,000 price cut, according to Realtor, where the property is currently listed.

The home which was built in 1957 had been initially listed in December 2014 for $3.5 million. It spent a good two years in the market still untouched. This may be the primary reason of relisting the property at the current price which is now down to $3.1 million.

With the lower price, the acclaimed producer and director hopes that the home will gather good amount of interests.

The property comes with two master suites, one with sauna that extends to the pool and the other one occupies an entire top floor and has its own sitting room and remodeled bathroom which featured heated marble floors and Ceaserstone counters. Moreover, the one floor masters bedroom also has a balcony that offers breath-taking views of the city, canyon and ocean.

The single family home is apparently ‘exceptional and private’ and very serene. The living area stands on the 2,500-square-foot lot and the entire property is 0.64 acres. It has a total of 5 bedrooms with 3 full baths.

MacLaren is well known for her work in “X Files.” Moreover, she had been directing some of the episodes of hit television shows which included ‘Breaking Bad,’ ‘The Walking Dead,’ and the ‘Game of Thrones.’ Her work for suspense and action series have made her one of the prominent names in the show business industry.

MacLaren was supposed to direct Warner Bros’ “Wonder Woman,” but she backed out after having creative differences with the company.

Do you think Michelle MacLaren can now focus on her property selling since she will not be tied up with Wonder Woman? Will the property be able to sell sooner now that it has a lower price after relisting?
